Have A Little Bit of Art this Tag-Ulan

Why tell the rain to go away if you can still go out and play?

Previously, we gave you ideas for indoor activities you can enjoy this rainy season. For those of you who had enough of board games or movie marathons with popcorn with your family and would like to get up, go out, and take advantage of the rainy season, here’s the second part of our Have Fun sa Tag-Ulan recommendations, especially for you and your family!

Do check for weather advisories and the roads and traffic situation before heading out though to avoid typhoons and floods. Make your family bonding fun and exciting but don’t forget to mind the weather and be careful of your surroundings. If going out, choose a mild day to do so. We advise caution. 😊

National Museum’s mission is anchored on the “basic philosophy that the Filipino nation is kept unified by a deep sense of pride in its own identity, cultural heritage, and nature patrimony.” Here is the chance to get to know our own and be wowed of the masterpieces of our forefathers. The National Museum has four main collections: Fine Arts, Archaeology, Ethnography, and the newest wing, Natural History!

Kids would love to see the lessons they learn in their art subjects in person. Some schools conduct National Museum field trips, but for those who don’t, nothing’s stopping you from still giving your kids an out-of-classroom learning experience.
